Evening all in the USA,

I hope someone can help me with a simple check of two web sites supposedly in the USA.

I'm putting together a website for a friend who has been approached by a UK company offering to redirect traffic from UK clients that mistakenly click on US company web site that aren't able to fulfill their requirements - it's in the financial services sector, not photography.

They give two example sites that are supposed to be in the USA that do indeed appear to redirect to the major UK sites that they claim - unfortunately being UK based I cannot easily confirm that these sites do actually exist because if the traffic is actually redirected then I won't be able to reach them ever.

Now the request, could I ask you to click on the following two sites and let me know what sites actually open up?

http://www.autosureonline.com (external link)

http://www.compensation-attorney.com (external link)

It would be a big help if someone from the USA could do this for me.

Thanks

Ian

I'm not sure I exactly followed what you're trying to do, but I'm in the USA and the first site resolved to: http://www.gocompare.com …aspx?Media=kat-technology (external link)
and the second, to: http://www.injurylawyers4u.co.uk/Tracker/track.php?ref=kat (external link)

I must say, it's never a comforting experience to click one place and land somewhere else; I would not be tempted to buy insurance, let alone use an attorney from those sites...
