What else should I do? All I did here was bump the saturation a bit and contrast.

Very Nice, but I'll pass a tip that has been given to me many times... Clone out the misc. stuff in the sky (telephone lines, poles, the smoke stack growing out of his neck...)

I always removed telephone poles that grew out of the head, but someone here suggested that I remove all telephone poles and lines that are not serving a purpose (like framing part of the photo). It's amazing the difference that makes.

I got the telephone lines fixed already after posting this, but didin't think about the smoke stack... I don't know if it bothers me. I guess I'll fix it and see how it looks.
