5d2 rear lcd

Hello. does anyone know if the rear lcd of the 5d2 may be changed to a different color or background color? i know the xsi may change the background color of the rear lcd.

I don't remember seeing that in the manual or cruising through the menu.

Neither do I and I doubt so. Am surprised the xsi has such function though.

I heard if you flash the firmware from the Nikon D3x into your camera; it unlocks HEAPS more functions (Screen colour is one of these functions).

I haven't tried it yet; because I'm actually really happy with the D2x firmware which I'm currently using.

Yeah...where did this come from? I agree with your reaction picturecrazy. Why put a Nikon firmware on a Canon? is this something that anyone can really do without breaking the camera?

I guess there is no function to change the background color of the rear lcd of 5d2....
