Just need some opinions on which bride/groom sunset shot i should use.

I like the looks of the sunset better in number one, also the fact that you can still kind of see the people.

Is there any way to clone out the foam/seaweed? I find it a little distracting, but probably couldn't clone it out myself... still a nice image though :)

#1 Much softer warmer feeling than 2. The silhouette is too harsh in two, giving it a colder feel.

+1 on removing some of the seaweed. Mostly in the path of the sun's reflection.

I much prefer the colours in #1, and i think if anything, the exposure of the bride and groom should be pulled up a bit rather than dropped down.

Other than that, it is a great shot. The couple look very relaxed and happy :)

Here is an update. got rid of some seaweed and lightened the dress. think i miss the seaweed!

I like 1 the best, with or without the seaweed. The details showing in the couple, especially her dress, make the shot much more interesting than the black silhouette.

Needed a cleaner beach (without seaweed).

There's always Photoshop! Like you did but see about cleaning up the rest of the beach.
