CONTRACTS!!

where do you get yours? do you write your own?
i'm picking up jobs here and there & i know i need a solid contract to clearly state rights, release, pricing and so on.. so im asking for recommendations because the last thing i want to do is start off on the wrong foot due to complications i never imagined! thanks so much!

There are a number of websites that offer free (to some extent) legal forms. Modify the wording to suit your needs. Consult a lawyer. Keep hard and soft copies of everything.
