I like your processing and #4 appears to be a great shot of the guys--except for the flash reflection! Only nit is the BGs you've chosen are sort of busy. The faces kind of get lost in the beautiful backgrounds. Think this may be a case of shoot tighter and crop even tighter to emphasize the focus on the people.

Thanks for your comments, the flash reflection was on purpose, artistic license, most of the comments I received have been that people liked, it, but as always to each his own :)

As far as the darkness, I know what you're saying, sometimes I think I might have over ppd them. But it was pictures of a rock band in an abondoned factory, so dirty and gritty were what I was going for.

thanks again, I'd like to hear more.

Great photos, although I do not fancy the way the feet have been cut off in #2, #4 and #5. Looks a lot like bad centering.

Great shots, but I second the dislike of the cut-off feet.

I think #4 is the best... even better if everyone's feet were shown!

I just LOVE #4!

Cropping does not work for me... #4 could have been the best but the way the feet have been cut off... i dunno...

Sorry, been on vacation.

I know....cut off limbs....I felt sick when I looked at alot of them,
It was dark, wet, friggin hot and humid, no one to assist me, limited time and first time doing this kind of thing..... I was so worried about some of the technical stuff that I forgot about the basics, like not amputating feet. I was using my 24-70 so there was no excuse not to be wide enough..... but, I did it as a favor and for a learning experience (i.e. I didn't get paid) so I have definitely learned a few things

I don't like the processing on the first few, looks very HDR?

The shot that works best for me is number 4 but i agree with previous posters about really needed the glare from the flash head cropping out.
