Camera Inserts

The Domke/Tenba inserts, etc.. Do they actually hold an SLR or just lenses and other small items. I used a closed cell foam-pad in my backpack which isn't very convenient, also the pack is kind of large for my uses so it'll be returned after my trip anyway. Anyone got pics? Sorry, gotta head out for work in a minute or i'd go into more detail. I'd like one that can hold medium-pro sized SLR and 2-3 large lenses (25-105, 70-200 f/4L IS, maybe an ST-E2 or 35L) Thanks, like I said, sorry!

The f-stop small-ICU looks promising, except for the 70-200 which I can buy a lens case for. I just can't find any pictures of it, empty or loaded up.

(Jon- picked up a closed cell pad from Walmart and I feel comfortable throwing my gear around when all loaded up, takes forever to get in-and-out of things though. Don't have time to buy an insert before my trip tomorrow, but obviously they are more convenient. )
