I did have 3 different students who could not MF when doing macro work. Turns out they were wearing Vari-focal lenses. For macro get a pair of Bi-focals. I also recommend glass in your eyeglasses so you don't have to worry about scratching them on the viewfinder. GEAR LIST

The most annoying part for me about wearing glasses while shooting is getting smudges on my glasses from the eyepiece. Drives me nuts, lol.
