Do 50D Firmware Update(s) Improve IQ?

Does anyone have information, opinion or examples that show any improvement 50D firmware updates (1.0.3, 1.0.6, or now 1.0.7) have had in the noise levels of 50D images taken in RAW (not sRAW, please)?

There would seem to be conflicting information about this (Canon does not explicity state any such effect) on the net.

Personally, I had 1.0.3 before I installed 1.0.7, but since I also changed two of my most used lenses I haven't been able to make a direct comparison.
