Looking for thoughts on this, be for retuning the transmitter to the store.
When attached via hot-shoe on the 40D, I have to twist the transmitter clockwise to get the unit to connect properly to trigger. Obviously, this is not good as moving around causes the slight amount of slack in the fit of the transmitter to the hot-shoe to break connection.
All other operations of the transmitter work.
For consistency I am now using the sync cable to the camera, but would rather not.
Anyone else with this problem, or heard of this?
