You could be right! I don't know the birds very well. I just like taking pictures of them. So can anyone tell me for sure?

Nice shots, and it is a juvie male. I saw a whole flock of them out near the river the other day. They must be gathering for a flight south. :)

Thanks guys for helping me identify the bird. This is my first year out shooting birds and nature. I mostly shoot sports ,air shows, car races and things like that.
