This is Nathan. He definately was not going to do any shots that involved curling him up. This child was nothing but stretches! These are just a few shots from the session.

I llike 6 the best out of this group. 7 does capture a good moment. 8 of course is a must, the rings on the feet shot is one of the 'common' shots that I like to do, and I dont feel bad about it:)

However, the first 5.. dont do much for me. maybe the lighting on the first 3..or the conversions..hmm I dont know. I do know however that they will love them and that all that matters!

8 is my fave from the group...also, IMHO #2 would look better if it were rotated to a horizontal image...
cute little boy :)

Thank you. I actually have #2 saved both horizontal and vertical so that the parents could choose how they wanted it. Thank you for your comment ;)

the white background seems to be a little over exposed, but I like all the shots.
Very cute baby and you've captured some nice memories, I'm sure mom & dad will be pleased.

So adorable! To me, the B&W's are over-exposed (except for the last, ring one.) Great job overall -- I'm sure they love them. :)

The white background shots are highkey (as for the background) the actual subjects do not look a bit overexposed to me. The black and white ones are high contrast black and whites and are intended to be "high contrast" The orignal shots were not over exposed, but were purposly converted. That is the style i like.

As long as you and the clients like that . . . it's just how they appeared to me. :)

Yea i understand what your saying. I had taken some high contrast black and white shots of my nephew, which i had posted on here some time ago, and this client seen them and wanted her black and whites to look similar. So that is why i chose this particular pp. These were actually the original edited images before the HC black and white conversions were applied.
