Spent this past Saturday at the South Rim and came across these two out for an afternoon stroll along the East Rim Trail.

They are pretty cute! Nice shots. I never seem to have any luck like that... unless you count the many shots of begging squirls.

They were pretty fearless. Many humans around and it didn't seem to phase either Mom or Junior...

Nice that you captured some sheep Jay. They are quite friendly here at the canyon, and use to seeing people. They sometimes jump over the wall at the El tovar and walk around the crowds of people there. The fall months are the best for seeing the sheep close up. Excellent shots! Sorry you didn't look me up while you were here.

My apologies for not "calling ahead" but we changed up our plans and came up on Saturday instead of Sunday because of the POTUS visit.
