Digital IXUS V3 - Corrupt Images

Hello,

I recently bought a Canon Digital IXUS V3 and have been snapping away! Very happy except it is corrupting images on about 10% of the time, the camare displays the message "Corrupt Data!" but you can still see the thumbnail. I can transfer some of the corrupt images to my PC, but when the image is viewed half of the image is OK the other half is trash. Have tried both the supplied 16MB and a Fuji 128MB flash card. Has anyone else experienced this or have any suggestions?

try and format the CF card(s) b4 shooting, note: all pics in CF card will be deleted after re format. if that doesn't work ,have it checked at the nearest canon service center. the safest way to go. hope that helps. pc
