I bought a Pelican Case but this thing is super big ...

More than what I need ....

So with that said can anyone help me with a case that fits 2 bodies (5DII) and about 4 lens and one flash?

Thanks

There are a lot of different Pelican cases. Which one did you buy?

Yes which one did you buy? I have a storm im2500 on the way and I have played with a pelican 1510 and they both seem to be just about right for me, but then again I have multiple flashes and a 300 f4 and 200 2.8 and a bunch of other lenses.

1560 or 1510 will fit the bill. The 1510 is allowed as carry on as well.

Twice as big as the 1510? Yeah you should be fine with the 1510, it can hold 2 bodies 3 flash, 3-5 lenses and a few other accessories.

I have the 161x, which I love, and I've filled and am ready for a second Pelican. I'd honestly say keep it and grow into it.

If you're in the MD/PA area, and you want to get rid of it, let me know.

The 151x series as others mentioned will just fit what you have.

I can't get to all sites at work, but if I recall correctly the 156x and 166x series are really deep compared to the 151x and 161x series.

The 1514 is what most get as it will fit as a carry on on a plane. Not knowing what lenses you have, if they are all smaller ones then the 1514 should do the trick for you.

Cool, I'm willing to trade the bigger one for the smaller on plus cash on your part ..

I have one with foam and the other one with dividers ..

I'm in Washington DC and NYC ...

Both are brand new but just to big as far as wide and depth

1514 is the perfect casE! Just be careful of weight issues. Some people have reviewed it and it can get up to 30 lbs. Thank goodness it's got rollers and suff.

Pelican apparently has a new "Photo StudioCruzer" case that is similar to the 1510 series case, but with an added panel divider and recessed foam compartment for a laptop. F***ing awesome.
