It should be back Wednesday and I shoot a wedding on Saturday. I am keeping my fingers crossed. Life is hard...but I just take it one photograph at a time.

Came back sharp both ends but I've sold it since I've moved to primes. Lucky to whoever bought my lenses, they're all sharp Nikon/Fuji.

Calibration could cost $180. I think you did the right thing buying a new one. Livinthalife wrote in post #8503660 I should have just bought "used" as it has already been "broken in"! LOL Primes, I hear you! I'm REALLY considering. Faster, Sharper, lighter ![]() Nikon/Fuji.

They suck. but I will get some psoted ![]() Maureen, I wish you the best of luck. Did you ship to Irvine, or Jersey? Be sure to do a rigorous test before hand. Shoot wide open, on the wide end, and tele. Try subjects both close and far. I hope one time is enough for you. But you used a Tammy for a while though right? Still have it on hand incase your lens doesn't make it back? good luck on the wedding! Thanks. Yes, The Tammy still lives Life is hard...but I just take it one photograph at a time.
