#1 if you'd moved closer to the rock and had less empty foreground space the composition would be much stronger.

#2 is nice, but the composition would be more appealing if the horizon was straight and not in the centre of the frame. I would have shot it so there was more FG interest and less sky, leaving the horizon in the top third.

#4 again, just the subject matter is too centred in the frame. It's a nice shot and the exposure is great, but if the seals were lower and there was more distant land in the frame it would have been better.

#5 I actually like this a lot.

Number 2 was slightly tricky. The camera was in fact level [Used a hotshoe spirit level], the land is moving down to the sea at this point. I was a bit hamstrung by my lens; if I merely angled the lens down from where I stood I'd end up with some muddy grass in favour of a nice sky, I tried moving closer to the near boat to expand the creek in the frame but that lead to the nearest boat not fitting in the frame at 18mm. Just need an UWA lens! Here's a view from around the corner that allowed me a bit more freedom:
