I have not seen one this color before. I wonder how many different ones there are of these things?

That is a Halloween Pennant, and I believe I have read that we have over 300 just in Arkansas. Nice shots.

There is an orange one flying around work, I would like to get a shot of it but it won't cooperate when I have my camera. It may be one of these kind.
