Took a trip after my cousins wedding in San Diego > over to Vegas, then Zion, over to Page, down to the Grand Canyon, then Sedona, and ending in Phoenix. Fun trip, even though all I wore was black clothing...

All the pics are pretty much straight from the camera. They were only resized in photoshop, and the horizon fixed in the first pic of the Grand Canyon.

Nice series. Hope you enjoyed your visit to AZ.

You got some great drama in the sky over the GC. Wish I'd have had some of those clouds this past weekend up there.

thanks guys! Arizona was amazing. We're already trying to plan another trip to Zion and Grand Canyon. The landscape and scenery was really awesome.

To get the sky the way I wanted, I used a 24-70 with a CPL, ND2, AND a GND filter, on a tripod. We were very fortunate with the weather - thankfully we didn't get stuck in the storms, but it would have been great if I could have gotten some lightning shots while we were there.

It wasn't too hard - when you get there (it was my first time there), the scenery is so inspiring. I would love to go back and shoot more. I definitely recommend seeing it sooner than later:)

Beautiful shots. It looks like you had great weather for great photos.
