Christopher. 100 lbs lost and keeping it off!

My best friend Chris lost 100 lbs and has kept it off for a year now. We take pictures of him every once in a while so that he can see just how far he has come. This is a quick snap that i took this week of him. The conversion is meant to be high contrast. C&C welcome.

Good job to him! I also lost 100lbs so I know how he feels (as in able to walk up stairs without getting winded). :) Do you have a before photo?

Yes...here is one from close to 3 years ago when i very first started doing paid shoots. The image is pretty small cause i had to screen capture it from an old site of mine lol. The original is archived onto a disc.
