I've been on a rut for the past year. I didn't shoot as much as I used to. Business does drain the crap out of your creative side. Here are some shots I took at home when my friend came over. 580 EX II on camera bounced camera right on white wall and triggered 580 EX on camera far left for rim light. cc welcome!

Some great shots there, your friend has a lovely expression and a beautiful face. You should get her in front of the camera more often. For me the BW doesn't work as well as the colours which i really like. I'm not overly keen on the PS blur you've used on 3 and 4 but overall the photos are nice. Good work.

Yup. I agree with Chris. The color shots really make her stand out!
Nice lighting, exposure, and focus. Over all good series.

Don't insult Leninglass' friend that way!! ;) ;) ;) ;)

I agree that the b&w one just doesn't quite work. The face looks a little over exposed. The others are all very nice!!! :D :D

I really enjoyed looking at these, especially the color ones. She is a very beautiful model and when you combine that with great photography you have a definite win!

the shots are great! awesome colors! I like #3 and #4 the most. #2, could this be 1 stop or less, darker? Seems like lighting is just a touch strong? to me.;)
