1. Passing storms made the light situation difficult, but interesting. Approaching the mountains from Apache Junction.

There is something about that shot that really caught me...big storm going through made for some interesting mood lighting. The trip has been a trip...I just got tossed a curve and I'm afraid Utah is off the table now. I have more work to do here and then I have to be in Canon City, CO on Wednesday night/Thursday morning.:(

Very nice series. I especially like #1 and #4 but then I'm a softie for mountains.

Nothing like a late afternoon Arizona monsoon storm to bring out the clouds. Nice photos. I live a couple of miles from the Superstitions and look at them every morning as I drive North on the Loop 101 to work.
