Had a very strange thing happen today with my 1D2.
Was in the ice rink today in AV mode, f/2.8, ISO 1250, AI Servo, with the 70-200 2.8 IS L getting shutter speeds of about 1/200 and went to take a shot and when I hit the shutter button, the shutter opened slowly and remained open for about a second or two and shut slowly and did not record an image or throw an error code. Seemed to work just fine after that and I ran another 300 frames down the barrel the rest of the day without any other issues.
Was wondering if this has happened to anyone else and if anyone has an idea what might have caused it?
