I have an upcoming shoot where I need to trigger 3 lights, and I cant count on optical triggers for help. I have a couple of cactus v2's receivers and a cybersync along with the transmitter for both. Has anyone tried using both in one shot with one firing from the hotshoe and the other from the pc sync port? (obviously I need more cybersync's but thats not in the budget before the shot).

I have tried similar with the RD-616. The PC sync port and hotshoe are all common contacts, and short out at the same time. So long as you have 6V flashes, it's literally just a triggering mechanism
