Hi All

Without double checking I think I am still using v1.0.3 and AFAIK have not experienced any of the reported 'issues' applicable to the various intervening updates. I know the received wisdom is update anyway to cover so called undisclosed tweaks.

However, the reason for the feedback request? I have the Canon BG-E2n grip on the way and though I do not recall usage of this being mentioned in the updates is there any anecdotal issue I need to be aware of if I stick with v1.0.3 ???

TIA for any thoughts & feedback

That was a great meal ~ you must have a good set of pans :p

Same here - I'm on 1.0.5 and not sure if I should update it to 1.1.1

Sometimes if it ain't broke don't fix it policy comes into play with things like this :D Anyone notice any drastic improvements when they updated?

I have the original version that came with my 40d when I purchased it new and don't plan on updating unless I get an issue. So far I have never had an error 99 (knock on wood) and like said if it ain't broke .......!
