High Contrast B&W

Used the high contrast B&W preset from LR2 and increased the black by 10.

Hi Snow - it took me a little while to figure out what I was looking at. I think I see what you were trying to do, but the elements are all too visually confused.

The high contrast aspect of the image has pretty much wiped out the tonality of her lower face, causing it to disappear into the background. Her nose is chopped off in a very unflattering manner.

Is the center of attention supposed to be the reflection in her glasses? I would be curious to see this shot with it's normal range of tonality preserved, giving more detail to those areas that have been blown out.
