It seems to me that the new Interfit Strobies could be very useful, especially the beauty dish and the softbox (for on camera flash). Has anyone any experience of them? I'd be really interested to hear your comments.

I've never heard of them until now. They may be fun to play with although I'm quessing they will also be quite limiting by looking at the size and design of the accy's.

I was thinking especially of the 'beauty dish' for on-camera flash. What do you think that would be like?

I would think that the beauty dish is so small that you would need to be quite close to your subject to really see much of an effect. Of course this is just my speculation. It would be interesting to see some samples from it compared with bare flash just to see the difference.

Thanks jra. If I can find a local stockist, I'll see if I can do a test.

Quite a few online dealers stock them as well as high street shops. Google 'Interfit Strobies' and you'll get quite a list.
