I had the privilege of not only shooting a Hot Air Balloon Festival this weekend, but actually got to go up in one for the first time. Wow. What an experience!

Unfortunately, we had a lot of fog and not a lot of light.

Very nice, would love to ride in one someday, dunno about on top though :p

Only thing I dont like is the size of your sig, covers up some of the basket in one image and some balloons in another. Otherwise nice series, I actually like the fog look.

I tried to make an event years ago, and the turn out was 2 ballons. Great photos here, love all the colors.

Now that's pretty awesome!
I will skydive and bungee jump, but one thing I will never do is ride in a hot air balloon (that's not attached to a rope, obviously )

How funny! :D You should try it. Once you get over the initial unsteadiness of the basket, it's really wonderful. You don't feel the wind at all because you're moving with it (unless you're moving between layers). It's very serene.

I love #3. Definitely something you would see in a book or on a wall as a poster. Great shots.
