Why? It's wet and cold. Sort of like Wales is now I would think. :D
By the way, my grandfather was from Swansee.
Always wanted to visit there, (when it's dry and warm of course). ;)

But, but its sunny in my pictures:D. Its a break from the countryside i guess and i hate London its such a slum in comparison to NYC. Swansea, some nice scenery around there not that i have seen it i prefer to stick to the North and mid regions :)

Fantastic shot and nice PP.

Thank you very much.

One from my outing yesterday, straight out of the camera- though there was a slight sharpening process in aperture :o

How does that work? do you make any money on that? I wish i had a little studio or something.. Now, it kind of a hassle to setup for a fruit and food shots..

Oh dear god no. Your work is worth more than whatever a stock site would give you.

Ingardj, very nice setup! Looks like it's in awesome shape, too.

Here are a couple quick shots of my newest toy! It was kind of an early graduation gift from my father, and my first revolver. Smith and Wesson model 57. Anybody else have 5D shots of their guns?

Posted this in the DIY lightbox thread a while ago, I think I had the 5D for like a week at this point.

Very nice! Mine were just some quick snaps...I've always wanted to build a lightbox for things like this.

It's crazy how easy it is, cardboard box, some white paper, 2 work lights and a tripod. It took me 20 minutes to make it. Very cool DIY that anyone can do. (I am not the most mechanically inclined.)

This has a very "Old Dutch Masters" quality to it. Very low key and peaceful. Not quite what one expects with glamour/fashion photography. It's wonderful.

Excellent photos in this thread, the last several pages have had some incredible pics posted. I've been considering going back to a 5D for a while now, and looking through this thread every day for the last week or so has finally pushed me over the edge. I should have a 5D in my hands on Weds....

:)
