Here are a couple of recent ones taken with some amazing Zuiko glass. All are shot wide open. Best $25 I ever spent.

and is it just me or does the first one not have just a bit of a Petzval like swirl? The lens is the 70-210mm f/3.5 Vivitar Series 1 Macro. The other lens used is a 50mm f/1.8 both with and without a Vivitar 2x Macro Focusing Teleconverter. I really need to find a nice pick from the 35mm f/2.8 to post as well.

I see you!!! hehehe great shots!!

My new Manfrotto 420B boom lightstand just arrived along with my Lastolite 2410, the speedlite mount for my ezybox softbox. Had it delivered at work. My camera & speedlites are sitting in the car... Should I break it out and to a test, or be patient and wait 'till I get home?

If it was me I'd bust out with it right then and there. But no, I never really listen to myself so you shouldn't either.

Unless the 1DIII is that much better than the 1DII(which I hated), the 5D wins.

Needless to say...the MKIII is much, much better than the MKII...I had one...I didn't like it either....as I think I told you....;)

Off course I do. But I have been SWAMPED at work and I'm off in 5 minutes so I guess it'll have to wait 'till I get home.

Hello, Tiffany and Eric,

The grip for my 5D is on the UPS truck, scheduled for delivery sometime today.
Thanks, both of you, for your input, can't wait to try it out.

Earlier this morning I saw this little flower, and it seemed to be saying, Notice me, notice me, so what could I do but take its picture...

Is that frost?

No, it seems to be some sort of scale or petal "junk". Here in New Orleans we have been known to get a frost in mid-winter, but, not now. Once every twenty years or so we even get some snow. Geno, that is a comedy to see us trying to drive, and, worse, trying to stop in that weather!

Joe

This shot it could have potential...but....

Net time before anything get your white balance...
Clean models shoes and make them aware that the seamless is not free..lol
Not sure if it lens blur, or grease in the front element....but it looks very soft.
I assume u have a light Boomed....her face is over exposed and her shoes are with zero detail...maybe a reflector....
