Hay gays. Got invited by a large student organisation at USYD (University of Sydney) to be their photographer for the year. Thankfully I finished my degree last year, so I've got some free time these days. Anyway, first task: Enrolment Week. All taken with the 85/1.8.

Congrats. I'm pretty sure you're going to love it. It's in a class of its own, unless you can afford the 85L. Just don't go looking for shots from the Contax Planar T* 100/2.

Eh, no. It was march. But almost february is close enough.

I had some other things to get at BH and well, the 135 just fell into my cart before I realized it.

Don't wig. Its a great lens. In fact one of Canons best and for the $$$ WHOA good buy too.

It should fit nicely with your style of shooting.

I gotta drop some unexpected coin this week, my Epson 2200 crapped out and I have an entire drawer full of ink cartridges . so a new printer is must by next week and this was something totally unexpected and that hundred of dollars worth of cartridges will be useless because the new Epsons ink cartridges are all different. Oh well....

I need something by Monday and if it gets here and its not working as described the hassle of sending it back; a month could go by blah, blah and I need a printer by Monday.

I didn't actually.. I got invited. Funnily enough, I've done several gigs for the university now and I've never applied for anything. My site gets spread around and word-of-mouth generates interest and so far it seems like that's all that I've needed. Good luck in your own endeavour!

Now, if only I had such luck selling my PJ stuff to the press..
