I think he is sticking to trying to upgrade his OS and after looking at some comparison images and noise comparisons the 5d beats the 1Ds in a Lot if not ALL ways. Yeah it might have better AF and 45 AF points but the saturation, colors, IQ, and noise is 100% better in the 5d.

Yeah I hear ya. Thats kind of where Im at..I love the 1d for the focus..but I kind of miss my 30d..and kind of want to try the 40d... I hate cameras :lol:

I actually couldn't picture shooting with anything but the 5d or 5d MKII. I swear the contrast and blacks from the 5d are deeper than any other digital camera i've seen.
