I'd say the buck wasn't cropped -- why would you crop a beautiful set of antlers:)? Meaning he was close -- closer than most of us get to be, and we should be jealous, oh so jealous...

I was up at Thunder Over Michigan a few years back when they had 8 flying B-17s I think they were the only 8 that were actually flying at the time.
