oh and Becky it wasn't "Kona" coffee. It was Brazil Ipanema Yellow Catuai & another roast of Guatemala. He's being continental.

you know, I wonder if I'll ever get to a place where I'll feel comfortable posting a new wedding thread in the wedding forum. It's not like they have been bad (definitely not like before) but I've only posted one thread over there and had Mo take it down. I just don't feel comfortable.

Lisa, your wedding work is as good as, if not better, than anything I've seen posted there.

I feel the same way about my aircraft work. About the only time I post in transportation is if I'm adding to an existing thread. I think I may have started all of two threads in the sharing forums and one of those was the "Couch potato pets" thread.

lol. No.

Espresso roast is saved for the very worst beans (French roast too) because so much of the natural flavor is roasted out that it matters not the original. You only get the roast flavor.
