Dan got some good action shots. He managed to find a place to shoot where there wasn't a bunch of ugly backgrounds.

The new laptop has a fun little video camera program that Madi got a kick out of.

Oh my look at that, your camera has a Disturbing mode, what will they think of next?

Are any of the local photogs gonna go shoot you?

Dunno. Suzy mentioned maybe trying to make it Saturday, slipping away from soccer. They start the day with a cannon shot, so maybe Zane would be interested.

Mmmm, mayhaps. I saw your post about moving it from crownsville. Hopefully they put it somewhere with more than a lane in and a lane out this time.

Cool I look forward to your shots.
I don't know about everywhere, but in Maryland Renn Fest got very commercialized. It used to be that so many in the crowd dressed up and carried swords and stuff. At some point they started banning swords and knives. At that point it was sort of silly to wear armor so it seems a lot less people participated. I have not been in probably 4 years.

Running through this evening... I took the kids to the VERY WET VERY RAINY NC Mtn State Fair... They had fun... Mommy wins the "Mommy's a Trooper" award because she took her kids in the pouring rain to the state fair  :p

Since we've been home, I changed into some dry clothes, and started scrapbooking! I haven't really stopped since I got home! I'm almost finished with my Disney Cruise 2004 album... I was in the mood to scrap my cruise! So I'm almost done and will finish it tonight! It's soooooo funny to look back at those pictures and see how tiny Alex and Sean were at the time... they were just a couple of months shy of 2 & 4!!!!! Now here we are... a couple of months shy of 7 & 9... MY HOW TIME FLIES!!!!!

Isn't this a great headline? "An insane killer who slipped away from the staff of a mental institution during a field trip to the Spokane County International Fair has been captured without injury in the Goldendale area in south-central Washington"

Seems really descriptive.

Um, I could explain but it would probably take us into topics not appropriate for POTN.

You hung around with the tame crowd then . . . Stayed for the Pub Sing? Pyrates or Rogues? Plenty of Rennies in garb - only a couple in armour, which isn't all that period anyhow. Most of the Rennies and RFJs hang in the pubs.

One of the proposed new sites looks to be just off Rte. 15. Problem is finding a large tract that isn't down a narrow road.
