Ugh.... Yet another reference to something I haven't had the liberty or time to understand. :(

My name is Lonnie, but I answer to Thomas too.

hmmm appears the lens is just fine with no micro adjustments. The problem is me. I'm moving I guess after focusing. So odd too because I don't have any trouble with the 85 1.4. ah well. Guess that solves it.

That's good... I had the same initial problem with my 135L. Now I've got used to it, it's the best lens in my bag by a long margin.

hahaha I was just practicing with the 50 while Dan was trying to take some photos of Hale. The funny part was that he was sitting very close to the cage and Kona kept walking in between the camera and Hale...it was so funny. He'd just sit down in btw them  they'd move...he moved.

It's just one of the the ancient Romans contributions to modern life.

There used to be wooden boxes mounted over the trenches on each side with bum-sized holes in. The men would sit and ponder. The ponderings were then flushed away with the water that ran underneath (and down the hillside outside). The bowls were there so that the men could rinse out the rags-on-sticks that were previously used to wipe away any troublesome ruminations.

That is a very tactful way of explaining that.
