XSi is gonna be sold or sit in the closet as soon as this is available!

I am sure this camera is going to get a lot of sales, and I also imagine it's going to be a great camera, everything looks good about it, if the follow through is satisfactory in the next six months then Canon's going to have a winner. It sure does look like a great step in the right direction.

This will be my next camera. I'm waiting with cash in hand. Can't wait until the end of the month.

That full res sample of ISO 12800 (PopSci) looks to have NR, but it's really good all things considering. As long as 3200 is somewhat usable, I'm happy. Definitely looks worthwhile.

There isn't any noise reduction in that photo. Noise reduction works surprisingly well and would have eliminated any noise you do see. Just like the 5dii.... i could show you 6400 ISO photos that have NR that you would never guess are over 1000 iso
