Does it make sense to periodically send in your Canon L lens for cleaning and calibration?
All of my L lens were purchased used and I am not sure if any of them had ever been serviced.

My opinion is that I would NOT send anything in to a shop for work unless I determined that something is not working properly. Skip Douglas
