Yeah, I am still looking for that clueless thrift shop owner selling a "worthless old" Noctilux for the same price as the NIkon 50 1.8. :)

I never said i didnt know what it was, i just didnt know if it would fit on my gear or not since they are kinda old....
None of it is for sale the 135 is going to my 9 year old and the other stuff is mine........ pic will be up as soon as i make it small enuf to fit ........... brb

she said it was her brothers stuff before he passed away. i tried to give her $600 more for it and she wouldnt take it.....soo i think im going back in the morning with a thank you letter, and some more cash in it, cause i kinda feel like i ripped her off ......

Well unless you give her $3000, you still kinda ripped her off. giving her a few extra hundred bucks still means she isn't getting half of what its worth. I say leave it alone. You tried to give her extra and she didn't want it. Leave it at that.

And about giving the 135mm f/2 to a 9-year old...

May want to re-think that one as well. Awfully pricey chunk of glass for a child's "walking around lens."

nah shes pretty good about taking care of her gear, she has a 30d and a whole slew of lenses (had to ask mom which of these she didnt have allready ) she allready has a 100mm macro her grandparents got her....
and shes nt getting the 200m i dont care how sad her puppy eyes get...
