I decided that I needed a self portrait for my website so I spent about an hour last night taking pictures of me. Right now I am not even sure what orientation I want the photo to be, but here are a few of my ideas. Which is your favorite? What should I change? Should they be thrown away? Feel free to edit if you feel inspired. Thanks!

You seem to have the lighting figured out nicely!

Personally, I find that I get the best shots when I envision them before shooting them. When I know exactly what I want, it's a lot easier to work towards that goal of replicating the "mental image".
