They say that lightning never strikes twice in the same place but I wouldn't want to be over there!
Plenty of good storms lately.

Very very nice! Lightning like that unfortunately doesn't occur where i live.
Did you use two different types of postprocessing on these images? the second one has a very blue colourcast and the first one seems to have a lot more contrast.

I basically did the same processing on each image. The second strike was much brighter. It lit up the sky where it apears almost blue.
I have a problem getting the red out of the lightning but maybe that's the color it is.

That is some amazing lightning! Typically here we only get the big bolt... I love seeing the spider leg effect lightning though.

Very awesome and similar captures... Pretty ironic.
