Hey all,

I'm going to be doing some events for a non-profit in a few months and would like to have all of my bases covered (which includes educating myself).

Are there any good books or perhaps websites that give tips for event photography? Specifically, the event is going to be a black tie ball in a not-so-well lit ball room. I have a 430EX flash and fast lenses, so I think I'll be fine there. What I really would like to know is optimal usage of the flash and tips for what shots to try and get.

Thanks!
