Yes i could'nt agree more, people say they have problems with this and that but if your good with a camera you can use any camera and still get top notch results, i've given advice to many people and they've been happy with their new results. It's like for example when you taling shots of kids......don't stand above them get down to their level, sit on the floor with them and you can get some fantastic shots and it saves the kids form hurting their necks looking up at you........?

I'll jump on the "EXCELLENT Detail" bandwagon. Very nice. :D

Thanks for your kind comments, i will tell what i did kind of......? Canon G6, supermacro, AV at f8, flash on then carefull pre-focus and away you go. The way i set up the i took it though might be interesting though, i use a pint beer glas turned upside down so there was little area for the snail move as for the backgound i used an oil painting my wife had done. I'd taken quite a few but this was the best.

There you go as simple as that, oh yes and it was setup in the kitchen.....!!!!!

Ha ha ha, i suppose you can use just about anything as a prop, which as we're all budding photographers can hide or do our best to hide home made props at the end of the day who cares so long as it's right......;)
