I have adobe PS cs3. Can't go all in for the cs4 at the present time but I do have the chance to get either elements 7 premeire or Light room. Do I need either one of these with cs3? I do lots of different types of shooting. Mostly outdoor stuff (buildings landscapes attractions etc.) so will my PP benefit from wither one of these programs? Thanks in advance. I know, right? I'm just sayin'...

You might want to add Lightroom to it (which performs some post processing tasks, but mainly acts as an import/organisational/catorgisation tool).
