Nice shots Brant. Were you there Saturday or Sunday? I went today, haven't went through my shots yet. You had better weather, it was gray and dreary most of the day today and then about 3:30 the sky opened up and the rain poured down on us. The rain cover on the Lowepro came in handy. The Harrier preformed, awesomely I might add, and they annouced the Thunderbirds would fly at 3:45, then it poured and they cancelled the T-Birds. 7D MKII ■ 10-22 ■ 15-85 ■ 28-135 ■ Σ 50-150 ■ 70-200 f4L ■ 100-400L ■ 580EX II

I seem to have have problems with that lens and sharpness when shooting aircraft. Lee

The 100-400 is a pretty sharp lens. Are you having sharpness issues on static objects?

Even if I shoot airliners they seem to be ok but as soon as I get to an airshow (fast jets) they aren't very sharp and sometimes I get a fair bit of noise. I shoot in M and at a fairly high shutter (1/1250+) speed and around f8 usually so I have no idea whats going on. Lee

I try to keep my f-stop greater than f10
