Cases for SX10IS

Just wondering what cases people are using for the SX10IS. I have the Edit 110 from Lowepro, but it seems a little small. Im looking for something a little bigger to accomodate batteries, charger, lensfilters, ect. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

For storage and all support gear I got a Canon 2400 SLR Gadget Bag $34.95.. I have filters another P&S Camera.. the SX10 ~ window mount tripod.. charger ~batteries -cables for the PC.. and cleaning rag... It's a good size bag will hold alot of stuff.. It's meant for DLSR it has Velcro padded panels you can size to your needs & shoulder strap and carry handle. The only thing that I did not like about the bag was " CANON" boldly displayed on the side of the bag... I also got a day bag...Case Logic SLRC-1 at Staples Office Supply for $19.95. Holds the SX10 very deep... has about 2-3 inches of space on top. A front side pocket for cleaning rag. Enough space for 3 filters.. on top. But if you used foam pad sit the filters in the bottom then 2-3 inch of foam and then the camera on top. I have not gotten a piece of foam yet.. and Lensmate Filter Adapter ring in the lid of the case.. theirs a webbed area. It also has a 2.5--3.0 stitched wide loop on the back side.. Could be used like a fanny pack... also has twin zippers that could be closed up to neck strap... I got a Lowepro Speedster Strap about 4-5 inches longer than original. Instead of being under my chin... now it's down in the middle of my belly. I'm 6 foot + it's wide almost 2 inches with three rubber strips running the length.. does not "slide' around on your neck... nice woven material. It has quick release clips on the end. This way if you use a tripod and want the strap out of your way.. two clips. No strap..

If my SX1 (same size) is in anything other than loose in my backpack or a photo jacket pocket it's in a Domke F5XA with a few accessories.

I got the Edit 120, just a touch larger than your 110

I have the Traxx by Lowepro and I can get my SX10 and all my gear in with room to spare. Love this bag!

I have the Edit 110 bag it's a bit snug with the sx10 and lensmate adapter plus a filter on it. It's a good fit though, I dropped the case with camera from about 5feet onto the road... no harm done

What's a nice compact bag for SX10? I miss having a pocket point and shoot, and I don't want to lug a "huge" bag. I do realize the camera isn't P&S. I haven't checked it out in stores, but is the Edit 110 very "snug" for the camera? I see it online and it looks sorta large.

I know, its deceiving... I was quite hopeful to stuff mine into a P&S case - but... no. When you go to a store and try a few bags you soon realize just how much room the camera requires. If I had a smaller bag than the Edit 120 - I could not fit my 4 extra batteries, lenspen, lenshood, SDHC card and filter. Bring it into a good store with lots of bag selection. If you find an adequate bag smaller than the Edit 110 or 120 - please let us know the brand and model.

I've got a Lowepro edit110 that I used for mine and yeah it is a pretty snug fit though, since I got my 1000D I have been keeping my SX10is in the bottom of my new Canon backpack.

There is still one zippered storage compartment that is empty, that I can fill up later with whatever. If I ever get a better flash, I'll have to rearrange things, but I think it will fit. I really like this bag. Did I leave any accessories out?

This is a perfect fit for SX10/SX20 .... Lowepro Rezo TLZ 10

Room for a couple of sets of batteries and my 4 card holder...and the hood can stay in position.
