Great experience covering the games at the new stadium. C&C welcome, and yes the lighting was to die for as compared to typical HS football.

You have to love Texas football.

Canons to the left, Canons to the right,
We hold our L glass toward the light,
Digitizing in a snap reflective glory
That will forever tell our imaged story.

Those are really nice!

Perfect timing/position/isolation on the pending catch on #1. Plus mid-air stride.

Great eyes on #2.

#37 diving in the background really makes pic #3.

Love the angle on #5, you can anticipate the hit coming, but know he's in for the TD.

In #6, if you crop just to the left of the red shoe, you can lose the white t-shirt int he background.

Matt, you got some great stuff here.

1. Love it, nothing I'd change here at all.
2-3. Tighter crops and bring down your highlights a fuzz
4-5 Great emotion and action, tone down the contrast a touch and bump your shadows
6. Made me tinkle it was so good! If anything maybe a 5-10% soft light layer.

Really top notch stuff man.

Matt,

Really like the pictures. It's amazing what great lighting will do. When you go back and hit the high school stadiums, you will think they forgot to turn the lights on.

How much processing did you do on these shots?

Good stuff Matt. Why are they playing in the stadium and how many punts hit the scoreboard? :)

These are great images, spot on exposures. I am sure Jerry Jones put in enough lights to help you with that. Haha

Scott, great comments...thanks!

Appreciate all the other nice words as well!

How much processing did you do on these shots

I shoot RAW so just standard USM and I have a CS3 batch I use

Why are they playing in the stadium and how many punts hit the scoreboard?

No even close on the punts...it is crazy to think it would be hit in real situations.
