The first image is nice but I am not sure what to think about the framing on the face. I would have liked to have seen a little bit of the eye in there. Yet over all it is a nice shot.

I like the use of selective coloring in the second image. I also like the framing on this photo. It gives the car some room to move in the the frame. Great shot.

The last one is really drawing my eyes to the strip of lights. Because of this I am forced to think they are the focus point of the image. I am not really sure what I think about this shot. Perhaps a little bit lower perspective would have taken some away from the lights impact on the image for me and allowed my eyes to find a more appropriate spot to settle.

Thanks for the criticism, I didn't notice what you said about the last image until I read your critique. xD
