These came out very good. The poses work nicely, imo. Focus and lighting are also fantastic. I assume you are using your AB800.

Care to share your lighting technique? What type of modifiers are you using?

In any case ... Good job.

Yep. Indoors with a single AB800 and 48" softlighter. A reflector for fill.

Not much to the technique. I wing it.

And thanks!

Nice work Tiffany! Were these all done with a single light?

#2 reminds me of a Ralph Lauren ad.

Edit: I see you have already answered the lighting question, I got busy after I started typing that.....

great posing..

so all you photogs.. look at photo number one.. great example of posing for guys..

1.. hips are cocked.
2.. hands are shown
3.. shoulders tilted.
4.. level of eyes are not on the same as shoulders. the eyes are not on the same parallel as the shoulders..
5.. short lighting.. the face closest to the lens is not brighter than the back side face.. light coming from camera right.

back ground is about 7 feet away.. and is not sharp.. slight blur.. perfect. !!

@Tiff.. you know what you are doing.. sweet work..

Thanks Manish. I don't think I shared any of him in the 5D thread....I didn't think you guys would appreciate him as much as a girl.

Um...I've never known 5D users to not appreciate pictures. Lots of people get insight from you...so, keep the girls in that thread in mind. ;) Though there may not be many, some probably do peek in, from time to time. :)
