Maybe the AD will check out the pictures you're selling, follow your threads, or be pointed to it by someone else... then I'm sure he'll appreciate the lesson and will avoid the need for further corrective action.

Maybe he'll spread the word to other AD's in the area that you're a photographer that insists on being dealt with explicitly and directly.
